What You'll Be Up To:
As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be at the heart of our hotel operations. Every day, you'll be responsible for making our guests feel welcomed and valued. You'll take care of all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. Managing secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and activating and distributing room keys will be your daily bread and butter. You'll be the point person for all guest requests and relay messages, always anticipating and addressing guests' needs with a smile.
What We're Looking For:
Hotel Front Desk Experience is a must. We need someone who knows the ins and outs of the hospitality industry. Cash handling experience is also crucial, and you should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Most importantly, we need someone who communicates effectively with the public and other Team Members. You'll need to read, write and speak English fluently, and be up for standing for up to 8 hours.
