Job Description:

  • Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions for business problems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data science to add value.
  • Design experiments and AB tests to evaluate product and feature performance.
  • Build predictive models optimization algorithms or forecasting systems as needed.
  • Analyze large complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to nontechnical audiences.
  • Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts.
  • Ensure best practices in code documentation and reproducibility.

Required Qualification

  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with ML frameworks eg scikitlearn XGBoost TensorFlow PyTorch.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics experimental design and causal inference.
  • Handson experience with data visualization tools eg Tableau Plotly Dash.
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems.
