The Opportunity:

When a user tries a new system, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful information systems-and that means rigorous testing. That's why we need you, an experienced quality assurance analyst who knows how to thoroughly test software and ensure that our team releases the best system possible.

As a quality assurance engineer, you'll work with analysts and developers on an agile team to evaluate features of a customer engagement and collaboration system. You'll develop and implement a test plan based on requirements and functional specifications.

Using software quality assurance, you'll generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how the applications perform, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. You'll expand upon your experience in various types of testing, including manual, automated, usability, user acceptance testing, and testing process improvement. This is a chance to broaden your skills in documenting and solving system deficiencies, leading and mentoring others, estimating testing efforts, etc. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • Experience with using agile project management tools like Jira, Jira Xray, and GitHub
  • Experience with test automation and programming languages commonly used for testing such as Gherkin, C#, Java, Ruby, JavaScript, or Python
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, REST API, and tools such as Postman
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
