  • Co-develop the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release plan for applied generative artificial intelligence use cases
  • Translate complex processes into clear responsibilities across automation agents, tools, and people, including exception paths and approvals
  • Build and manage a business-outcome-driven backlog focused on performance, accuracy, value, and user experience
  • Partner with engineering teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery milestones in an agile model
  • Embed responsible artificial intelligence practices from day one, including explainability, audit trails, testing, and control evidence
  • Drive alignment across business, finance, technology, architecture, operations, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders
  • Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, time saved, quality, accuracy, throughput, and operational risk exceptions
  • Lead change management with frontline and operations teams through training, enablement, communications, and feedback loops
  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory expectations for data protection and usage
  • Monitor outcomes post-launch and continuously improve product performance, reliability, and usability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 or more years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or digital products
  • 2 or more years building or managing generative artificial intelligence products, autonomous workflows, or human-in-the-loop decision systems
  • Recent experience delivering applied artificial intelligence solutions in regulated or high-volume environments
  • Ability to break down complex workflows into clear requirements, operating steps, and measurable outcomes
  • Working knowledge of governance concepts such as controls, auditability, monitoring, and risk management for artificial intelligence systems
  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to translate user needs into simple, high-impact product experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to prioritize, measure impact, and drive decisions

  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and iterative delivery expectations
(Optional) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Master of business administration or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience in cards, payments, lending, or partner-based consumer financial products
  • Experience with software as a service products, data analytics products, or cloud-based platforms
  • Familiarity with experimentation, rapid prototyping, and product discovery methods
  • Experience designing operational workflows for frontline or back-office teams
  • Experience defining evaluation and quality frameworks for nondeterministic system behavior
  • Strong understanding of automation platforms and workflow orchestration patterns
