Job description

Salary: $150,000-$190,000

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

What if your expertise in data and analytics could help make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people and communities we serve?

At Advocates, we believe data is more than numbers and dashboards—it is a powerful tool for helping us make better decisions, improve the quality of our services, strengthen our organization, and create better outcomes for the people we support. We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Vice President of Data and Analytics to help us build on that vision.

The Vice President of Data and Analytics will provide executive leadership for Advocates’ enterprise data and analytics strategy, ensuring that our clinical, operational, financial, and population health decisions are informed by data that is trusted, well-governed, accessible, and actionable.

Together, you will help strengthen our data foundation and build a culture where leaders and teams feel confident using data to inform decisions and drive meaningful change.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and forward-thinking data leader who enjoys bringing people, technology, and information together. You will guide the continued growth of our analytics capabilities, including predictive and prescriptive analytics, artificial intelligence, data products, automation, and embedded analytics. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to connect the power of data to our mission—helping Advocates deliver high-quality services, strengthen financial sustainability, improve operational performance, and make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.
