Job description

Instructional Training Coordinator
The Opportunity:
Support Naval sustainment commands with life cycle support and instructional training coordination, planning, analysis and implementation. Apply specific functional knowledge to develop and maintain manpower, personnel, and training (MP&T) documents, training materials, reports and products. Work under general supervision of the team lead.
You Have:
  • 1+ years of experience with the Navy and NATO Sea Sparrow Missile System (NSSMS)
  • 1+ years of experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Navy training systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to communicate through written and verbal means with military and civilian organizations
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with developing or delivering training for the US Navy
  • Knowledge of NTSP, MER, JDTA, or PADDIE-M
  • Ability to develop training curricula with Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) or AIM Learning Object Module (LOM)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Navy NEC 9502 or Master Training Specialist certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
