This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Director - Machine Learning based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to lead advanced AI and machine learning initiatives within a highly innovative engineering environment. You will shape the strategy, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions designed to transform creative workflows and unlock new possibilities. Working at the intersection of research, engineering, and product innovation, you will guide teams in exploring emerging AI technologies and turning ideas into impactful solutions. The position requires a visionary technical leader who can combine deep machine learning expertise with strong communication and collaboration skills. You will play a key role in defining AI capabilities, establishing best practices, and driving experimentation in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities
