Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will work as Process Intelligence & Analytics Specialist, and report to the Global IS Process Intelligence Manager. You will leverage process intelligence across Information Systems and Corporate Functions to uncover inefficiencies, optimize processes, and enable automation at scale. You will also contribute to laying the foundation for agentic AI by building robust process semantics and a fact-based understanding of how processes operate end-to-end.

You will translate business needs into high-impact use cases and deliver actionable improvements that generate tangible, measurable business value. You will play a key role in scaling the adoption of Process Intelligence as a strategic capability across the organization.


In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. This role is contributing to the Information Services (IS) Core function Globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Drive end-to-end process analysis using process intelligence to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities across Corporate Functions
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and co-create high-impact use cases
  • Translate business needs into actionable use cases and deliver data-driven recommendations that create tangible, measurable business value
  • Build and maintain robust process semantics and data foundations to enable scalable, reusable process intelligence capabilities
  • Contribute to laying the foundation for agentic AI by structuring process knowledge into machine-interpretable logic and decision frameworks
  • Design, implement, and scale process intelligence use cases end-to-end, combining hands-on delivery with strategic thinking to ensure solutions are impactful, sustainable, and adopted at scale
  • Promote and scale the adoption of Process Intelligence as a strategic capability, acting as a trusted advisor to drive fact-based decision-making

Qualifications for the Role

  • You have a solid educational background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • You have a proven track record (2+ years of experience) of translating complex data into measurable business outcomes through process mining, advanced analytics, AI, or process optimization.
  • You bring hands-on expertise with data & analytics technologies, and experience working with snowflake, SQL, Python, Celonis, Signavio, or equivalent; experience with Machine Learning and GenAI is a plus.
  • You are comfortable working across the full value chain, from data engineering and analytics to generating insights and influencing stakeholders and senior management.
  • You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language to non technical audiences; you have demonstrated success building trusted relationships, and co-creating solutions across functions and organizational levels.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, rapidly experiment, and scale innovative solutions from concept to enterprise adoption, with a passion for Process Intelligence and AI-driven automation.
  • You have experience with IT Service Management and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce; ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
  • You have fluency in English (C1) and hold a valid Spanish work permit.
