Job Description Summary:

The Senior Director, Product Management, Intelligent Enterprise will lead a portfolio of intelligent enterprise products that integrate data, automation, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to transform how The Coca Cola Company operates and creates value. This role is accountable for defining product vision, strategy, investment priorities, and value realization plans that accelerate enterprise digitization and enable scalable business outcomes across Functions, Operating Units, and bottling partners.

Operating within aproductcentricmodel, this leader will oversee a team of Product Owners and Business Analysis leaders responsible for product scaling, operational excellence, and continuous product evolution. The role serves as the connective point between business strategy, digital capabilities, engineering delivery, data platforms, and AI innovation to ensure digital investments translate into measurable business impact.

Success requires strong product management leadership, strategic thinking, digital and AI fluency, organizational influence, and the ability to balance enterprise standardization with evolving business needs. This leader will play a critical role in embedding intelligent digital capabilities into core business processes and advancingCocaCola'senterprise digital transformation agenda.

What You will do for us

  • Define and lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and business outcomes for a portfolio of intelligent enterprise products that support enterprise growth, productivity, decision quality, and operational efficiency.

  • Establish and manage product strategies thatleveragedata, automation, machine learning, generative artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to create measurable business value.

  • Lead and develop a team of Senior Directors, Product Owners, and Business Analysis leaders responsible for product scaling, operational performance, and ongoing product enhancement.

  • Partnerwith senior business leaders, Digital Product & Engineering teams, Operating Units, and bottling partners toidentifyopportunities where digital products can transform business capabilities and outcomes.

  • Drive product investment decisions by evaluating business priorities, expected value, customer needs, risks, dependencies, and enterprise strategic alignment.

  • Ensure product roadmaps balance innovation, operational excellence, adoption, sustainability, scalability, security, andlongtermvalue realization.

  • Champion aproductcentricoperating model byestablishinggovernance, prioritization frameworks, performance metrics, andoutcomebaseddecision making.

  • Oversee the delivery and adoption of intelligent enterprise capabilities that improve business processes, workforce productivity, anddatadrivendecision making.

  • Drive the integration of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics into digital products, ensuring responsible adoption and measurable business impact.

  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, data, and platform teams to ensure productsremainsecure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Establish value realization frameworks and performance measures that connect product investments to business outcomes and enterpriseobjectives.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, learning, and continuous improvement whilemaintainingdisciplined product management practices.

  • Influence enterprise digital strategy through insights, product performance data, market trends, user feedback, and emerging technology opportunities.

  • Lead complex stakeholder alignment efforts across highly matrixed environments where priorities, resources, and business needs may compete.

  • Ensure products evolve continuously to meet changing business requirements, market dynamics, and enterprise transformation goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, ora relatedfield;Master'sdegree preferred.

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, technology strategy, enterprise platforms, or related disciplines.

  • 8+ years of experience leadingcrossfunctionalproduct organizations, digital teams, orlargescaletechnology initiatives in complex global environments.

  • Demonstrated success defining and executing product strategies that delivered measurable business value at enterprise scale.

  • Proven experience managing product portfolios thatleveragedata, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of modern product management disciplines, agile delivery methodologies, and product operating models.

  • Experience leading teams responsible for product ownership, business analysis, product scaling, operational product management, or related capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop investment strategies, value realization frameworks, andoutcomebasedperformance measurement approaches.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect enterprise strategy, technology investments, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience influencing senior executives and driving alignment across highly matrixed organizations.

  • Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, digital ecosystems, cloud technologies, automation capabilities, and intelligent business applications.

  • Demonstrated digital and AI fluency, including practical application of artificial intelligence to improve decision making, business performance, and user experiences.

  • Experience balancing innovation, governance, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and operational requirements within enterprise environments.

  • Strong communication, storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Ability tooperateeffectively through ambiguity while driving clarity, prioritization, and execution.

  • Commitment to developing talent, building inclusive teams, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
