Company Description
We are a high-end equestrian retail store based in Wellington, Florida. Our operation is very streamlined. We rely on electronic devices to fulfill the job. We also have 2 satellite locations during the equestrian season (November through April), both located in Wellington as well. We have a carefully selected product portfolio that appeals to the discerning equestrian.
Job Description
Essentially, handle everything in the store, whether it is handling sales floor, running cash register, responding to emails. Shipping of online orders. Take orders over the phone. The role of the store manager evolves as the business needs. You must be flexible. Hours are mostly 9 to 5pm, weekends are required (except Sundays). During the equestrian season, you are expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well.
We have multiple sales channels, so we expect proficiency in computer skills. Speed and efficiency are key. You are expected to take care of the physical store as well. This includes, but is not limited to, housekeeping of the store. The merchandise must be re-stocked as and when needed. The fitting room must be cleaned out after every customer.
Follow ups with customers are very important, whether it be through email, phone or social media.
You will have a 2 week training period. During this period, both parties will have a chance to judge whether this is a good fit.
Qualifications
You must be a people's person. You must demonstrate an ability to be comfortable with computers and smartphones. You must have your own transport.
People with retail sales experience preferred, but not required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus (although not required). You have to be personable, polite and patient. Dealing with customers is an art. So you must be prepared to handle all different kinds of people.

We are a small fast paced operation. We will work with your schedule. Drinks and snacks are provided. Occasionally, lunch is also paid for by the company (at its discretion).
