 Your Role:
 

As an Art Instructor & Key Holder, you will be both the creative leader of the studio floor and a trusted retail team member. You'll inspire guests, guide art sessions, and ensure the studio operates smoothly during your shift.
 

✨ Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead and assist with fluid art classes, patch parties, and special events
     
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
     
  • Open and close the studio (key holder responsibilities)
     
  • Process sales and manage POS system
     
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, supply levels, and organization
     
  • Assist with social media content and marketing activities as needed
     
  • Promote add-on sales and studio events to guests
     

 Who You Are:
 

  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident speaking to groups
     
  • Creative and comfortable getting a little messy (no art degree required!)
     
  • Responsible and trustworthy with leadership potential
     
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
     
  • Retail, hospitality, or teaching experience is a plus
     
  • Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
