Responsibilities
  • Concept, design, and execute marketing creative for lifecycle email campaigns tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Create high-performing paid digital assets, including display ads, paid social content, landing page support, and conversion-focused campaign creative.
  • Partner on creative development from initial concept through final delivery, balancing hands-on design work with broader art direction.
  • Work within existing brand guidelines and templates while finding opportunities to elevate the visual approach.
  • Contribute strategic creative ideas that support engagement, conversion, and campaign performance goals.
  • Develop social video creative for paid placements, including content suited for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly reviewed environment where accuracy, quality, and responsiveness matter.
Skills
  • 7+ years of experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director, or in a similar role focused on marketing creative.
