WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Art of Drawers Installer, you’ll provide professional installation of custom drawer and cabinet solutions in clients’ homes.  Installers receive clear work orders and ready-to-install products by delivering an exceptional experience through quality workmanship.
Responsibilities include:
• Installing pull-out drawers, cabinet organization systems, and related products.
• Completing all measurement appointments and final inspections for each project.
• Providing a clean, respectful experience inside customers’ homes.
• Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Following standardized installation methods and safety practices.
• Documenting completed work and maintaining accurate project notes.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
• Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, handyman work, or skilled trades.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, precise craftsmanship.
• Professional, punctual, customer-respectful demeanor.
• Comfort with standardized install methods and quality guidelines.
• Ability to identify issues early and communicate clearly.
• Tools and transportation appropriate for delivering and installing product.
• Cabinet refacing or related experience is a plus as our offerings continue to expand.
COMPENSATION
• Typically averages $40–$80 per hour depending on pace and project size.
• Prompt, reliable payments every time.
TRAINING (REQUIRED)
• 3-day, in-person training in Atlanta.
• $750 tuition (this can be negotiated based on experience).
• Hands-on instruction covering installation standards, product systems, troubleshooting, and finish expectations.
• Certification and approval for independent installs upon completion.
