American Residential Services (ARS), the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with more than 7,000 professionals nationwide and over 45 years of experience serving homeowners.
We are seeking an Assistant HVAC Sales Manager to support sales leadership and help drive performance across our residential in-home sales team. This role partners closely with the Sales Manager to coach Comfort Advisors, improve sales results, and ensure strong customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly HVAC sales targets
  • Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors to improve close rates and performance

  • Support and oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner store locations as needed

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC industry strongly preferred)
