Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you are often the first impression of our company. Your role is vital in creating a positive customer experience from the very first call.
• Provide exceptional customer care on inbound and outbound calls. Handling of over 150 calls per day.
• Schedule service appointments with efficiency and accuracy
• Listen actively and respond with empathy and professionalism
• Manage multi-line phones and computers systems in a fast-paced environment
• Support team goals while hitting your daily KPIs while maintaining a customer-first mindset
This is an in-office position - not remote - within a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focusd
  • Proficiency in typing
  • Accuracy and composure while handling multi-line phones
