The Work
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Lead Radar Signal Processing Systems Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to design, analysis, testing, and requirements verification of high performance Radar Signal Processor systems. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Radar Signal Processing, Data Analysis, Algorithm Development, Modelling and Simulation Development, Software Verification and Model Based Systems Engineering.
This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer
Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience
- Experience with Radar and Radar Signal
Processing
- Experience with requirements development and algorithm development
- Experience with Matlab Modeling and Simulation
- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a
government security clearance.
Desired skills
-Master's degree in Electrical/Computer
Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Experience with performance analysis
- Experience with Software Requirements Verification
- Experience with Test Plan and Test Procedure development
- Experience with Agile Development Process

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
The base range for this position in New Jersey is $110,500 - $198,422.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. The wage range and benefits summary is a general guideline and is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.
