Job description

Provides multiple staff augmentation and support to the G-3 mission. in critical functions, including: Management: Installation Training Management/Centralized Taskings, Planning and scheduling: Air Operations; Ceremonies and special events; Staff Inspection Program; Long Range Planning Calendar and the Digital Training Management System; and other Support: Strategic Analysis.
Duties:
• Provide planning and training management support
• Maintain the long range planning calendar for the installation
• attend Command quarterly guidance meetings, and prepare notes capturing command tasking, guidance, and comments for distribution
• Coordinate the date, time, and location for monthly G3/S3 meetings
• Draft memoranda of instruction affecting installation resources for review and approval of the
Government
Qualifications:
• Degree in General Business, Business/Technical Writing, Military Science, or English (or equivalent experience)
• proficiency in oral and written communications
• Basic file management and organization ability
• Knowledge of military (Army) operations and knowledge of military chain-of-command and basic protocol
• Secret Clearance
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
