Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and professional Armed Armored Car Guards & Drivers to join our team. This role involves ensuring the secure transport of high-value assets while adhering to the highest standards of security, safety, and operational excellence. Candidates must meet state-specific licensing and training requirements.


Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain armored company vehicles, ensuring safety, security, and control at all times.

  • Transport high-value assets securely, following all company and state protocols.

  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo while maintaining situational awareness.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, dispatch, and clients using two-way radios and secure communication devices.

  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness and report any issues promptly.

  • Monitor surroundings during stops, ensuring assets are protected at all times.

  • Complete required documentation, including manifests, delivery receipts, and security logs.

  • Follow assigned routes and schedules, adapting to changes while maintaining security standards.

  • Respond to security threats or incidents in accordance with company training and procedures.

  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and the public.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years).

  • Class G and D Security Licenses as required by state law.

  • Valid firearms permit/license as required by state regulations.

  • Completion of state-mandated firearm training courses and proficiency tests.

  • Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and maneuver cargo weighing up to several hundred pounds.

  • Previous experience in armed security or armored car operations (preferred).

  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

  • Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and adherence to security protocols.

  • Ability to complete and maintain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate from a DOT-approved provider.
