Job description

Help keep one of Tampa's most beloved destinations looking its absolute best from the riverfront walkways to the historic courtyard.

Armature Works is Tampa's iconic mixed-use destination on the Hillsborough River a beautifully restored historic structure reimagined into a premier hub of unique dining, vibrant events, and everyday exploration. We take enormous pride in the experience we offer, and that starts the moment guests set foot on our grounds. That's where you come in. We are looking for a full-time (40+ hours per week) grounds maintenance team member.

What you'll do

  • Landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
  • Pressure wash all areas of the property to a spotless standard
  • Keep pathways, walkways, and parking lots clear and litter-free
  • Operate blowers, disk scrubbers, and other power equipment safely
  • Monitor and operate irrigation systems across the property
  • Detail the entire property so every corner shines for our guests
  • Assist with new landscaping feature installations

What you'll bring

  • Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance (preferred)
  • 1+ year of pressure washing experience preferred
  • Ability to safely operate power tools including hot/cold washers and blowers
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic lawn care techniques
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors in Tampa's varying weather conditions
  • Sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work

Pay range

$15 – $16 / hr.
