Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides advanced technical support for systems, applications, and networks.
- Troubleshoots complex technical issues and provides resolutions.
- Installs, configures, and maintains IT systems and infrastructure.
- Maintains and updates technical documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain and develop documentation
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
Minimum/General Experience:
- 5 years to 7 years of related experience
