Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000


Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across corporate, group, and leisure market segments.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through brand systems, management company resources, and third-party platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and top account production to identify new business opportunities.
  • Actively engage in local market outreach through direct sales calls, client visits, networking events, and community partnerships.
  • Lead all hotel sales and marketing activities to meet or exceed revenue, productivity, and booking goals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of on-property hotel sales experience (Director-level or senior sales manager experience preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
