Strong functional knowledge of SAP Solution Manager with at least 1 end-to-end implementation project and 2 support projects as a Solution Manager Functional SME for following areas


Incident Management (IT Service Management)


Change Request Management (ChaRM)


Managing Solution Manager Projects and Blueprint


Integration with ARIS


Strong knowledge of various Solution Manager Features


In depth configuration expertise of Incident Management process and IT Service Management features in Solution Manager


Configuration knowledge of Change Management process (ChaRM), Project Management, Quality Gate Management, integration with HP-ALM and ARIS.


Knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Experience as the Solution Manager Functional SME in at least 2 Incident Management implementations


Experience with all aspects of Solution Manager implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state operations solution, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities 


Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development for Solution Manager 


Extensive experience in Onsite-Offshore working model.
