Position Overview

We are seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of one of our luxury apartment communities in the Atlanta, GA Metro. This role is ideal for high-performing leaders outside the real estate industry who have a proven track record of driving sales, leading teams, and delivering measurable business growth. Successful leaders in retail, restaurants, hospitality, and fitness have consistently excelled with us. The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing community performance, developing and motivating top talent, and delivering exceptional experiences to residents, all within a culture that prizes accountability, achievement, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and performance of assigned community.
