Job Title: 1099 Event Janitorial Staff – Ford Park Event Center
Location: Ford Park Event Center (Baseball and Arena Events)
Pay Rate: $12 - $18 per hour (based on experience and event requirements)
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
About the Role:We are seeking reliable and dedicated independent contractors to join our event staffing team at Ford Park. The primary focus will be janitorial cleaning during various baseball and arena events. This is a flexible, gig-based opportunity with no cap on hours, perfect for those looking to earn extra income and enjoy dynamic event environments.
Responsibilities:  
Clean and maintain event spaces before, during, and after events  
Trash removal and waste management  
Restroom cleaning and sanitation  
Sweeping, mopping, and surface cleaning  
Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards  
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:  
Must be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days
