    Cabrera Auto- Hatillo/Arecibo está en búsqueda de Ejecutivo de Ventas de Autos para nuestro equipo de trabajo.
    El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en el área de ventas, especialmente en venta de autos.
    El (la) Ejecutivo de Ventas de Autos (nuevos/usados) es responsable mantener el volumen de citas para ventas y cierre según definido mensualmente para cada concesionario. Debe cumplir con los objetivos y estándares de la empresa, mediante el manejo óptimo de los recursos de la organización, redes sociales y manejo de clientes. Adicional, deberá asegurar la calidad del servicio en cada cliente atendido, asegurar la experiencia positiva y el seguimiento continuo de cada cliente, promoviendo ventas recurrentes y referidos mediante estos.
    Responsabilidades
    1. Responsable de hacer/recibir llamadas de clientes, manejo de emails y/o mensajes de textos para orientarlos y coordinar citas para venta y muestra de los vehículos. Adicional, registrará las llamadas y brindará seguimiento en las plataformas requeridas.
    2. Recibir a los clientes con buena presencia y seguridad en todas las fases del proceso.
    3. Cumplir con su horario de trabajo y atender a los clientes acorde a sus necesidades.
    4. Utilizar diariamente la herramienta Dealer Socket, V-Auto y cualquier otra requerida, con toda la información requerida.
    5. Responsable de crear publicidad propia, promoviendo adecuadamente en las redes sociales ofertas responsables e íntegras acorde a los precios del negocio, para atraer prospectos de ventas.
    6. Cumplir con los requerimientos mínimos diarios en cuanto a contactar (15) clientes y publicar (10) anuncios diariamente.
    7. Coordinación de (2) citas directas en sus días laborables; (4) citas directas los sábados con cliente generando cierre de negocio.
    8. Responsable de conocer el inventario de su tienda, descripciones de productos y saber manejar opciones tanto en venta de nuevos como usados. Deberá tener entendimiento sólido de los productos de la compañía y presentar opciones tanto en vehículos nuevos como usados.
    9. Responsable de identificar la necesidad del cliente, facilitar la compra y demás productos y servicios (facilitador junto al F&I). Realizar ordenes completas, legibles y procesar documentos de acuerdo a las políticas establecidas, para que el proceso de F&I y finalización sean adecuados.
    10. Responsable de brindar seguimiento a cada oportunidad con el fin de crear una relación a largo plazo. Que esta pueda ser de referencia positiva y contribuya a futuros negocios.
    11. Responsable de coordinar y preparar entrega del vehículo vendido antes de la llegada del cliente y/o de modo oportuno si ya está en las facilidades.
    12. Responsable de que el cliente entienda el funcionamiento operativo, garantía y documentación de su vehículo.
    13. Deberá mantener la ética profesional en todo momento y ante cualquier situación. Fomentar la buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
    14. Responsable de monitorear y cumplir las metas de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales basándose en los indicadores de venta asignados.
    15. Deberá mantener comunicación directa con el Gerente de Ventas y Desk Manager.
    16. Cualquier otra tarea o función necesaria para el buen funcionamiento de departamento y la empresa, pueden ser requeridas. Otras tareas o asignaciones generales relacionadas al puesto y departamento pueden ser requeridas.
    17. Disponible para trabajar los días que le sean asignados bajo su equipo. Usualmente el itinerario es Lunes a Sabado, con un dia en semana libre y los domingos turnos alternos.
