THE ROLE

We're looking for a District Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots. You'll ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent execution of SOPs, while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Regional Director.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Lead and coach Depot Leaders across multiple locations

  • Drive operational performance and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure SOP compliance and service consistency

  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions

  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control

  • Collaborate closely with Central Ops, Finance, and HR

  • Travel frequently (up to 45%) to support depot teams


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 7-10 years of experience in hands-on operational roles (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality)
  • 3-5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high-volume depots
  • Proven ability to manage depot financials, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationships
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (and local language if applicable)
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to drive campervans
  • A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage teams in dynamic environments
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
  • Interest in our product and willingness to learn the technical details of campervans
