Area Manager

Salary Range: $75,000 Annually, Commensurate with Experience

Plus up to 15% Incentive Bonus Potential + Phone & Gas Allowance

Work Modality: In-Person

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Lowell (50%), Lawrence (45%), & Haverhill (5%) in MA

Ideal Experience:

  • This position is responsible for multiple locations accross their assigned portfolio with oversight for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your designated area's teams. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top assett.
  • Progressive management experience with multi-teams front-line employee oversight
  • Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.

  • You have 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
  • Your operational and financial acumen are outstanding, and you are able to share and coach your leaders in these areas.
  • You use your impeccable conversational and written communication skills to develop lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
  • You see a challenge as an opportunity and ready to “charge the hill” to lead your team to new heights
  • Your education includes a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience
  • You know your way around a computer and will have no problems with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, or the Microsoft Office suite.

As Area Manager, you will:

  • Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
  • Provide support and guidance to supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.  
  • Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.  
  • Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations. 
  • Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, analyze trends, and work with senior managers and/or the corporate office to maximize performance. 
  • Work with both the regional teams and corporate to prepare annual budgets to ensure that a proper plan for the generation of revenues, allocation of staff, and operating expenses are established for the fiscal year. 
  • Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.
