Job Title: Area Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Greater Fort Wayne area + surrounding communities
Position Type: 30+ Hours per week including rotating weekends
Pay: $16-$19 dependent on experience
Read This First (Important)
This is not a “show up and get through the night” type of job.
We’re looking for someone who notices the small things, takes ownership of their work, and holds both themselves and others to a higher standard. If you’re the kind of person who fixes things without being asked, takes pride in doing the job right, and expects the same from your team — you’ll fit right in here.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing and supporting cleaning technicians across multiple client locations
  • Traveling daily to accounts throughout the greater Fort Wayne area and nearby communities
  • Inspecting buildings and making sure every detail meets our standards (not just “good enough”)
  • Coaching, training, and holding team members accountable
  • Jumping in and cleaning when needed — leading by example is part of the job
  • Communicating with clients and resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Keeping supplies organized and ensuring teams are set up for success
Non-Negotiables
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation (you will be traveling daily)
  • Very strong and dependable work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail — you catch what others overlook
  • Ability to work independently without needing constant direction
  • Willingness to be hands-on and step in wherever needed
  • Rotating weekends a must
Who This Role Is Perfect For
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and notices the details others miss
  • A natural leader who leads by example, not just by title
  • Someone who shows up, follows through, and does what they say they will
  • A person who gets satisfaction from turning something “okay” into “done right”
Who This Role Is NOT For
  • Someone who cuts corners or rushes through tasks
  • Someone who needs to be constantly told what to do next
  • Someone who isn’t comfortable being held accountable to high standards
  • Someone looking for an easy, low-effort position
  • Someone who cannot adapt to on-the-fly changes
What You’ll Get
  • A company that actually values quality work
  • A team that supports each other and takes pride in what they do
  • Opportunity to grow into higher leadership roles
  • Consistent, reliable work with a company that expects (and respects) professionalism
  • Access to company vehicle or gas stipend
