ATG is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Minorities/Females/Vets/Disability Job Summary We are seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support cyber and intelligence operations at Fort Eisenhower, GA under the IAE program. The selected candidate will provide quantitative analysis, modeling, and decision-support capabilities across cyberspace operations, contingency planning, and strategic engagements. This role requires expertise in data analysis, modeling techniques, and cybersecurity operations within a DoD environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide operations research analysis support for intelligence, cyberspace operations, contingency operations, and operational-level planning * Analyze operational activities to develop quantitative models for decision-making * Develop modeling and measurement techniques to solve complex operational problems * Support data assessment strategies including statistical analysis, sampling, and evaluation * Conduct cost-benefit, risk, and economic analysis to support mission effectiveness * Develop and execute simulation models and operational effectiveness studies * Mentor junior and mid-level staff * Utilize SIEM tools such as ArcSight or Splunk for big data analytics and security monitoring Qualifications Required: * Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 10+ years of experience * DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II and CSSP Analyst certification * Experience with model development, testing, and data analysis * Strong understanding of cyberspace doctrine, policies, and operations * Experience developing analytical reports and evaluating multiple solution paths * Background in quantitative disciplines such as mathematics or statistics Desired: * Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience * Experience supporting DoD cyber or intelligence missions * Experience with ArcSight, Splunk, or similar SIEM tools Physical and Environmental Conditions Normal Office Environment.
