Electrical Foreman
Location: Fairfield County, CT
Pay: $47-$55/hour + Comprehensive Benefits

If you're a licensed Electrical Foreman looking to lead skilled crews and make an impact on complex construction projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and mentor electricians, apprentices, and field personnel while maintaining a safe, productive jobsite.
* Coordinate daily project activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
* Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and codes while working closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, architects, and general contractors.
* Maintain quality standards, enforce safety regulations, monitor project progress, and resolve field issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
* Current Connecticut Journeyman Electrician license (or higher).
* 5-10 years of commercial electrical construction experience, including leadership or foreman responsibilities.
* Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), blueprint reading, construction sequencing, and jobsite coordination.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% required.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Experience with healthcare, institutional, life science, or mission-critical construction projects.
* Familiarity with MS Project, Trimble, ProjectSight, or similar construction management software.
