This position is ideal for a technically driven architect who thrives in translating design into well-coordinated, buildable solutions and enjoys leading multidisciplinary collaboration
from design through construction.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. Responsibilities
• Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of architectural construction documents across all project phases
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination with internal and external teams, including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants
• Ensure technical quality through rigorous document review, constructability analysis, and coordination oversight
• Support and contribute to QA/QC standards and continuous improvement of documentation processes
• Leverage BIM tools (Revit and related platforms) to support model-based coordination, documentation, and interdisciplinary integration
• Participate in BIM/VDC workflows, including model coordination, clash detection, and integration with internal engineering teams
• Support continuous improvement of digital delivery standards, including model quality, organization, and coordination practices
• Participate in construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and field coordination, ensuring alignment between design intent and execution
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
• Adapt to a variety of project types, scales, and delivery methods within a dynamic workload environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 6-10 years of experience in architectural documentation and coordination
• Professional architectural licensure preferred (or actively pursuing licensure).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit required, with experience supporting BIM-based coordination and documentation workflows
• Familiarity with BIM/VDC processes, including model coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration, strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and consultant coordination
• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical efforts within a collaborative team environment
