MANTECH seeks a driven and organized Technology Integration Specialist to join our team in Oahu, HI.

This role supports critical innovation by integrating modern technologies across multi-domain logistics operations while ensuring seamless interoperability, system modernization, and secure implementation of mission-enabling technologies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Integrate mission-enabling technologies, including AI, predictive analytics, and data visualization platforms, to improve operational logistics.

  • Implement secure, interoperable system functionality across military, government, and commercial logistics systems.

  • Coordinate the adoption of advanced digital platforms that support supply chain resilience and situational awareness.

  • Develop and maintain technical integration plans aligned with strategic logistics priorities and evolving mission needs.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration across engineering, cybersecurity, and logistics teams to align integration activities with operational goals.

  • Document and maintain integration schematics, workflows, and system configurations for use across multiple complex projects.

  • Assess the operational applicability of emerging technologies and implement integration strategies for fielded environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of experience in technology integration supporting defense logistics, sustainment, or mission operations.

  • Familiarity with commercial and military logistics platforms and data exchange protocols.

  • Demonstrated ability to support system interoperability and secure data flows across multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in secure cloud architecture and implementation of digital integration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, logistics, or related technical discipline.

  • Familiarity with commercial sustainment models.

  • Knowledge of ITAR, FAR, and DFARS compliance in defense systems integration.

  • Experience supporting joint exercises or contingency logistics operations with emerging technologies.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,600.00.
