Qualifications:
ProjectArchitect/Manager will have the ability to manage projects andproject teams and produce documents through all project phases, aswell as experience managing clients and coordination withconsultants.
Requirements:
  • LicensedArchitect
  • Minimum6-10 years of experience managing educationprojects
  • Strongdesign and graphic skills, exceptional knowledge of spaceprogramming, contract documents, detailing,specifications, team production management and contractadministration
  • Abilityto communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and inwriting
  • Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to build strongrelationships with clients and associates
  • Strongcomputer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office), asrequired to manage project teams
