Job description

You will serve as a Engineering Technician in the Target Systems Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next pay band (DT-03) or equivalent grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrating experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and instructional manuals; 2) Demonstrating experience performing metal fabrication and repairs; such as, riveting and metal forming; 3) Demonstrating knowledge and application of aircraft composite repair techniques, including wet layup and vacuum bagging; 4) Demonstrating capacity to learn and apply new technical concepts with strong attention to detail.
