You take pride in your work and aren't afraid to ask questions or seek feedback. You're collaborative, adaptable, and committed to doing things the right way-balancing creativity with accuracy. Above all, you're excited to grow as part of a supportive, fast-moving team that values authenticity and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with architects and project designers to create drawings, 3D models, and schematic presentations
  • Use Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Bluebeam to draft and model construction documents
  • Set up sheet views, notes, schedules, and drawing standards in line with project templates
  • Work on prototypical and simple custom projects with direction from senior team members
  • Conduct field measurements and model existing conditions under supervision
  • Pick up detailed redlines and ensure documentation meets Kinetic standards
  • Contribute to plan layouts and interior design drafting for corporate projects
  • Maintain organized project files and assist in preparing documentation for client presentations
  • Research basic code and zoning requirements as needed
  • Participate in site visits and understand the context and conditions that influence design

Tools You'll Use

Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

What You'll Bring

  • Associate degree or higher in Drafting and Design
  • 3-5 years of professional drafting experience
  • Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and rendering software
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to read construction drawings and maintain drawing accuracy and organization
