We are looking for an Architectural Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will play an integral part in the realization of some of the most elegant and high-profile large-scale buildings around the world, while representing a brand known for quality, expertise, and collaboration.

Role Summary

Promote and sell Viracon architectural fabricated glass products within the assigned territory of Utah, Idaho, and Montana. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with architects, glazing contractors, developers, and construction influencers to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and support overall profitability while representing Viracon's commitment to excellence in architectural glass

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Relationship Development

  • Promote Viracon products, including our differentiating features and high value products to architects, developers, contractors, and other influencers.
  • Build strong relationships with glazing contractors, architects, and key developers/owners.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
  • Represent Viracon at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.
  • Partner with Customer Service and internal teams to ensure a coordinated, teambased sales approach.

Product, Market & Territory Management

  • Maintain expert knowledge of Viracon products, manufacturing processes, quality standards, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Understand territory market dynamics, competitor capabilities, and gotomarket strategies to position Viracon effectively.
  • Collaborate with your Architectural Glass Studio associate to increase product specification awareness and influence project outcomes.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and develop strategic plans to achieve territory goals.
  • Follow up on forecasted projects and maintain accurate CRM entries to support data driven decision making.

Operational & Reporting Requirements

  • Complete monthly reporting, including territory reviews and quote pipeline updates.
  • Maintain monthly budgets and submit accurate, timely expense reports.
  • Manage travel and expenses responsibly to support cost efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in midyear and annual sales meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of glass fabrication customer facing sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
  • Reside within the territory and be comfortable traveling throughout the territory for regular in-person meetings.
  • Strong timemanagement skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills; able to work crossfunctionally.
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM tools.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English work instructions.
  • Consistent, fulltime attendance and ability to safely perform essential job functions.
  • Positive representation of Viracon and adherence to company policies.

Pay Range:

  • $50,000 plus 1% sales commission incentive, uncapped
  • Additional annual bonus opportunities for meeting key milestones
