  • Lead and perform Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

  • Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms.

  • Handle full lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.

  • Define and manage CI/CD release processes for Dynamics 365.

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks/issues.

  • Deliver clear technical documentation and presentations.
