• Develop design solutions in collaboration with other design team members
• Participate in design charrettes with clients
• Develop contract document sets with technical guidance as needed
• Create architectural drawings in Revit
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Edit specifications in BSD SpecLink
• Perform construction administration activities, including attending OAC meetings, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, and responding to RFIs
• Prepare renderings and other design presentation materials

• A minimum of five years of architectural work experience
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture, or equivalent degree
• Registered as a licensed architect or actively working toward licensure
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Experience working in Revit
• Ability to collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, engineers, contractors, and clients
• Interest in design excellence, technical execution, lean architecture, and continuous professional growth
