The Marketing Coordinator I is responsible for supporting our Skanska Integrated Solutions team's overall sales and marketing efforts by taking on responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in editing, assembling, printing and filing of qualifications, proposals and presentations
  • Shadowing senior staff on large, complex pursuit efforts
  • Coordinating client interview preparations like travel and meeting rooms
  • Managing the marketing team's supplies and equipment
  • Collecting and entering information into our project database
  • Assisting in internal and external event planning

A Day in the Life:

  • Updating resumes and project sheets
  • Participating in a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team
  • Gathering information for proposal(s)
  • Integrating with the operations team to learn about our services

Marketing Coordinator I Required  Qualifications:

      • 1+ Years experience marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or similar capacity
      • 1+ years of experience using  Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 1 years prior relevant experience.
