Job Summary:
ClifyX is seeking a D365 F&O Solution Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX. The role involves architecting solutions, leading teams of consultants, and working closely with clients to implement and optimize Microsoft ecosystem products.
Responsibilities:
• Complete understanding of Microsoft ecosystem including Power Platform, PowerApps
• Ability to architect solution and recommend best products from the MS ecosystem
• Should be able to advise / recommend on the best product / solution based on requirement
• Ability to lead a group of Functional and Technical consultants to design, development and Implement Solution
• Good Understanding on Should have knowledge and exposure to Process Industry manufacturing, Planning Optimization, Contract Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Forecast and able to configure BOM, Formula's and Production costing(Costing Sheet & Costing versions), EDI
• Worked with Contract manufacturers and Third-Party Logistics
• Functional consulting skills to manage Requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, Integration functional testing, manage user acceptance testing, Training and hyper care support
• Exposure to Go-Live issues and fixing are preferred.
• Working knowledge of D365 FO/FSCM/AX's interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure and MS BI Stack
• Strong client interaction skills
• Working independently and in teams
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
• Ability and Flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore models
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX and 3-4 End-to-End D365 FO Implementation as a Solution Architect
• Experience of working with customers on process and contract manufacturing
• Complete understanding of Microsoft ecosystem including Power Platform, PowerApps
• Ability to architect solution and recommend best products from the MS ecosystem
• Should be able to advise / recommend on the best product / solution based on requirement

• Experience in following modules is highly desirable. Finance, Inventory and warehouse management, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Production, Engineering change Management, Master Planning, Production Control.

Preferred:
• Planning and Prioritization skills
• At least 10 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• At least 10 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Management experience is a plus
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
