Job description

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop architectural and system-based solutions for various projects

  • Work directly with contractors, architects, installers, and clients to understand project requirements and site conditions

  • Translate design concepts into construction-ready drawings and installation plans

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype, refine, and validate system components

  • Develop and maintain installation standards, technical documentation, and best practices

  • Manage projects from pre-design through construction, ensuring coordination across trades and stakeholders

  • Assist in budgeting, proposals, material take-offs, installation strategies, and scheduling

  • Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinate with permitting authorities

  • Oversee onsite execution and provide hands-on guidance to ensure proper system implementation

  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement real-time solutions on-site

  • Conduct post-project evaluations and share insights to improve future project execution

Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably within design-build environments

  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Inventor, SketchUp, or similar

  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents

  • Experience managing projects, trade partners, and installation teams

  • Hands-on experience in construction environments is highly preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Willingness to travel for project sites and client engagements
