Responsibilities
  • Interpret and fulfill job orders accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with Cell Leaders and Supervisors to maximize quality and productivity
  • Identify and retrieve component parts required for daily assembly tasks
  • Assemble and refine bows according to precise specifications, including the ability to pull back bows
  • Assemble accessory kits and products such as quivers, rests, grips, and other archery-related accessories
  • Conduct quality control inspections and identify non-conforming products
  • Record production data as required
  • Support various cells within the department as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing daily housekeeping duties
  • Assist in other departments as assigned
Qualifications
  • Ability to interpret and fulfill job orders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience using tools such as bow press, power drill, E-Clip tool, hammers, screwdrivers, ratchets, wrenches, and tape measure
  • Ability to perform quality control inspections
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds of product and equipment
  • Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication
  • Near- and mid-range vision and the ability to identify and distinguish colors
  • Ability to pull back bows as part of the assembly process is not required, but a plus
