Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, ticket redemption devices, and basic machine repair tools is often required, with some employers offering on-the-job training or seeking candidates with prior retail or hospitality experience. Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills help you handle customer concerns and keep operations running smoothly.
