Job description

Ready to join a team in Ann Arbor, MI, where your skills are valued and rewarded with $40-$50 per hour, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus? If so, join us at Fathom Plumbing Solutions as a full-time Master Plumber!
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US?
As our Master Plumber, you'll take the lead on residential and light commercial service calls, diagnose and repair systems, complete flawless installations, and guide apprentices while boosting your earnings with upsells.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM. Most work is located within 30 miles of 48109, with occasional negotiable out-of-state opportunities.
All that you need is:
  • Master plumber license in Michigan
  • 5+ years of plumbing experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
  • Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring apprentices and contributing to the team
