Cyber Security Analyst 
TS/SCI FSP 
Chantilly, VA
Compensation: Base Salary: $190,000 + 30K Sign-On Bonus, + 30K Annual Retention Bonus 
We’re hiring: Cyber & Technical Analysis role supporting advanced virtual and cyber operations.

This is a hands-on, mission-focused position working at the intersection of technical analysis, cyber operations, and intelligence support.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Providing technical analysis support for virtual and cyber operations
• Reviewing technical collection, extracting relevant data, and producing reports and briefings
• Building and supporting systems that process incoming/outgoing data and chat-based communications
• Maintaining and documenting operational tools, systems, and workflows
• Applying advanced cyber knowledge (IP protocols, IP addressing, geolocation, fraud detection, spoofing techniques)
• Translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable reporting for leadership
• Supporting metadata vetting and reporting requirements
• Collaborating across teams to identify technical opportunities and improve workflows
• Developing technical documentation, training materials, and internal resources
• Supporting meetings, working sessions, and knowledge-sharing events
• Tracking tool updates and assessing operational impact
• Producing clear visual reporting (metrics, dashboards, schedules, progress tracking) to support decision-making

What we’re looking for:
• Experience with social media platforms and understanding of how they operate, including fraud detection considerations
• Strong background in cyber operations, including IP networking, virtualization, and emulation tools
• Experience mitigating geolocation and platform-based detection challenges
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community policies and standards (including ICD 503)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience building or securing websites and understanding encryption and secure communications

Highly desired:
• Experience hardening systems and processes against cyber threats
• Prior work supporting Intelligence Community or Sponsor environments
• Foreign language skills (Arabic, Swahili, French, Pashto, Russian, Turkish, Somali)
