Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides professional administrative and back office support to employees, visitors, and business partners. This position serves as the initial point of contact for job applicants, new hires and guests. Also assists with mail and office administration, supports training and development activities, coordinates special events, and provides recruiting support to help ensure a positive guest, employee and candidate experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist employees, visitors, applicants, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and prepare outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies, conference rooms, and common areas.
  • Support training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions, preparing materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, company events, meetings, and special programs.
  • Provide recruiting support as needed, including representing company at events.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • One to three years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Physical Demands
