Biller /Dental Financial Coordinator

About Us:
We are a patient-centered dental practice dedicated to providing compassionate care and exceptional service. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Biller/ Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help patients understand their treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage treatment coordination and patient financial discussions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Dentrix experience
  • Handle billing: insurance claims, and collections (Accounts Receivable) efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with patients to explain treatment plans, costs, and insurance coverage.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments to ensure timely and coordinated care.
  • Prepare and review financial arrangements and payment plans.
  • Ensure all treatment cases are completed according to schedule and follow up as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance processing, and AR management.
  • Proficiency in Dentrix dental software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma required; dental administration or billing training preferred.
