Qualifications

What you need to bring to the table:

         Demonstrated success in an Accounts Receivable Management role where you built, managed, coached and mentored a team.  

         Ability and commitment to ensuring performance of your team is of the highest standards.

         Proficiency with weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor of progress towards goals

         Ability to meet accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.

         Experience problem solving within your team in an inclusive way to build buy-in and accountability

         Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Customer Service

         Aptitude for establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with commercial and residential customers.

         Proven capability in managing the AR function and improving the contributions of the AR team to positively impact bottom line

         Experience with online customer portals and online billing

         Ability to forecast and develop and maintain budgets

         Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines

         Must be highly detail oriented and thorough

         Must be discerning and able to maintain confidentiality

         Ability to learn operating procedures quickly and be able to execute consistently up to standard.
