What you need to bring to the table:
• Demonstrated success in an Accounts Receivable Management role where you built, managed, coached and mentored a team.
• Ability and commitment to ensuring performance of your team is of the highest standards.
• Proficiency with weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor of progress towards goals
• Ability to meet accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
• Experience problem solving within your team in an inclusive way to build buy-in and accountability
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Customer Service
• Aptitude for establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with commercial and residential customers.
• Proven capability in managing the AR function and improving the contributions of the AR team to positively impact bottom line
• Experience with online customer portals and online billing
• Ability to forecast and develop and maintain budgets
• Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
• Must be highly detail oriented and thorough
• Must be discerning and able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to learn operating procedures quickly and be able to execute consistently up to standard.
