Job description

Fusion HCR is hiring! Contract - Oracle Fusion ERP Developer (Finance & Project), this is a remote opportunity, working with our Federal Government Client.
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizens only - no exceptions
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Developer with expertise in financial modules (AP, AR, GL, Projects) and a strong background in Oracle Fusion development. The candidate will support and enhance Oracle Fusion ERP applications, leveraging OIC, OAC, and APEX where applicable.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion ERP Suite (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, SCM, Projects), OIC, OAC, and APEX.
  • Write and update program code from specifications or legacy applications; develop and execute test plans to validate changes.
  • Administer COTS and custom applications, translating business needs into system enhancements.
  • Support enterprise server environments and monitor system security, permissions, and vulnerabilities.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional IT projects; mentor junior staff and serve as IT-business liaison.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience with 8+ years in Oracle ERP development.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion architecture, naming conventions, and server structure.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Fusion applications, integrations, and APEX development (PaaS).
  • Experience with Fusion APIs, FBDI, ADF DI Loads, BIP, OTBI, SOAP/REST services, and OIC integrations.
  • Proficient with ESS jobs, flex fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), lookups, value sets, and functional setup manager.
  • Skilled in:
    • Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Fusion APIs, BIP/OTBI reports
    • Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Contracts
    • APEX development
Preferred
  • Experience with Oracle EBS 12.1.3, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Business Process Module, and Java.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; self-motivated with team-oriented mindset.
