Armed Field Supervisor

Job Title: Field Supervisor – Armed (Louisiana)

Schedule: Varies weekly

$18.00-$20.00/Hr.

Availability: Must be flexible with scheduling

Role Overview: The Field Supervisor oversees field operations, scheduling, and dispatch coordination. This role ensures compliance with company and client policies while maintaining a professional, safe work environment and supporting field officers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 3+ years military, law enforcement, or security experience
  • 1+ year supervisory or management experience
  • Must hold an Armed Louisiana Security License
  • Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards
  • Basic computer skills, data entry, phone communication, multitasking

Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage officer schedules and assignments • Conduct field training, coaching, and evaluations • Support dispatch and logistics needs • Conduct walking patrols and report safety concerns • Monitor access points and verify credentials • Respond to alarms and incidents according to protocol • Maintain electronic logs and incident reports • Enforce post instructions and procedures • Use tablets and basic computer systems for reporting

Required Skills and Abilities: • Ability to work in fast-paced or high-stress environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Flexible scheduling and responsiveness • Basic computer and data entry skills

Preferred Skills: • Experience with electronic reporting systems • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
